
Recently the news of LinkedIn passwords being stolen shook the world. 6.46 million LinkedIn passwords in total were stolen. So the lesson learnt is using common and bad passwords is gonna get you site hacked.
We use simplistic passwords for easy remembrance but what we are failing to understand is these bad passwords are easiest to hack in password cracking algorithms. The top password that was cracked is "link" and some of the others are "12345", "angel", "iloveyou" and "jesus".
So don't do the common mistakes while setting passwords, as it is this very password that is the recipe of hackers.
