The responsibilities for project management specialists are seemingly endless. The team at FinancialForce recently took data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to research and create this infographic which shows the areas across the United States where project management specialists earn the most on an annual basis. According to the data that was analyzed by FinancialForce, it was found that project management specialists have an annual mean wage of more than $110,000 in just four U.S. states – New Mexico ($123,160), Washington ($120,800), New York ($111,890) and New Jersey ($111,460). In terms of cities, only four saw annual mean wages of more than $120,000 – San Jose, California at $133,950, Birmingham, Alabama at $130,250, Seattle, Washington at $125,330 and San Francisco, California at $124,430. Also, according to the infographic, the average salary range for project management specialists within the United States (via Salary.com) is estimated to be $65,567 to $77,401.
