Evolution of Computers:
The first generation computers (1940) were big, slow, produced heat and made of vacuum tubes. The second generation was better and used magnetic core for processing. The third generation came with integrated circuits. Apple joined the computer brigade in the late 1970s. By the time 1980s arrived operating systems and LSIs and VSIs were being used. Linux arrived in 1990s while 2000s witnessed the age of tablets, smartphones and laptops.

Evolution of Tablet:
The first tablet was Z88 and it was invented in 1987. The second tablet was introduced in 1990 and it was named as Grin Pad. 1992 and 1993 gave Grid 2260 and AT & TEO respectively. The year 2000 bought a lovely wireless web pad called SONIC Blue Pro Gear. In 2005 Nokia launched its first Internet Tablet Nokia 770. Samsung then introduced its tablets in 2006 along with SONY. iPad was launched in 2010 along with Samsung Galaxy Tab. 2011 came and Apple launched iPad2.
