The research related to importance of carbs for humans has still not yet revealed but the research depicts that there are good carbs and bad carbs. It is important to judge and intake items that have good carbs by eliminating the food items that carry bad carbohydrates.
The food items that comprise good carbs include whole grains, greeen vegetables, legumes, beans, lemons and cantalopes. Several other edible items like rice, pasta, potatoes, soft drink, cereals etc contain bad carbohydrates.
