It is determined that over 1.4 million individuals in United kingdom are admitted in hospital and more than 5 billion Pounds is spent by individuals for smoking related diseases.
UK Government collects about 11 billion Pounds from the smokers in the form of Excise and VAT (Value Added Tax) of which 84 Million Pounds are spent on stop smoking service.
