Ever wondered how water actually reaches you, be it through rain or through the faucet in your washroom?
Well, the entire cycle through which water is made over and over again by Mother Nature is called The Hydro-logic Cycle which is the journey of water from land to the atmosphere and back again.
It is a never-ending process where the help of the sun's heat, water from the land as well as from various water bodies and from plants as well who are also known to lose water and this process is called transpiration. This evaporated water then forms clouds by the process that is known as condensation and when these condensed clouds encounter cool air, they precipitate that is they return back to the earth in the form of rain, snow, hail or fog.
