St. Louis, Missouri tops the list with a rate of 36.3 people fatally shot by police per every 100,000 residents.
Rounding out the top five cities, you have Orlando, Las Vegas, San Bernardino, and Miami. Aside from that, five of the top twenty cities are in the state of California, with those being San Bernardino (#4), Bakersfield (#7), Fresno (#12), Stockton (#16), and Oakland (#19). The city that ranks in last place (#100) on this list is actually New York City, where 0.2 people per every 100,000 residents were fatally shot by police over a two-decade period.
