Every year, on the eve of the new year, we promise ourselves that this year is gonna be much better than the previous and that we would certainly make those very necessary changes in our life or lifestyle that might see us prospering and every year by the first month ends, we retract back to the same person we were a month back.
New year resolutions have become a fad in most of our lives that are meant to be broken no matter how hard we convince ourselves that we would do good and maintain them.
It is very few who do actually follow up on their resolutions. Losing weight, getting organized, being frugal and quitting smoking seems to be the most frequently made resolution that are effectively broken by the end of the first week.
