Facebook rates MacDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway, Dunkin' Donuts' and Baskin Robins as the top five (in that order). Twitter ratings also put MacDonald's on the top followed by Taco Bell, Chipotle, Pizza Hut and Dunkin' Donuts' .
According to Facebook, Burger King has showed the fastest growth rate as compared to the MacDonald's on Twitter. Similarly, Dunkin' Donuts' and Carl's Jr have the slowest growth rates.
MacDonald's recorded the fastest response time to customer queries on twitter whereas Burger King responded slowest. Baskin Robins has the most number of female fans while Carl's Jr has the most number of male fans.
