The best moment in the life of a parent begins when they start feeding their kids. There is a wide range of healthy and baby-friendly foods available out there, but only few foods stand out as a top preference for the babies. Many child specialists suggest that parents must restrict themselves from feeding solid food for the babies, until they turn six months old.
Squash, lentils, dark green leafy vegetables, avocados, prunes, meat and mandarin organs are few best super foods for babies that are loaded with required amount of nutrients and vitamins. While salty food, fizzy drinks, tea, coffee, flavoured milk and raw eggs are few other foods that must be avoided from feeding the babies.
For a newly born baby, breast milk is proven to be best natural food and the parent must include it in the diet to have a perfect growth of the child. The food items that parents must feed usually vary with the age of the baby. Organic cereals such as rice, oatmeal, barley and pureed vegetables or fruits can make an ideal diet for the baby if he/she is between 4 – 6 months old.
