We all have a pretty good idea that our body needs anti-oxidants for better health. Anti-oxidants act as free radical scavengers which our cells produce after using the oxygen. Hence they prevent the damage caused by these free radicals.
The vitamins provide these anti-oxidants. Those vitamins are Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Vitamin A can be found in carrots, broccoli, peaches and apricots. Vitamin E can be found in nuts and seeds, whole grains and leafy vegetables. Other foods which have anti-oxidants are corn, dates, cloves, mangoes etc.
