A good office management makes any business run smoothly and helps increase the profits. Improving the productivity of the employees is a major task in office management.

Did you know that out of 45 work hours weekly only 26 hours are considered as productive while the other 19 hours is taken as unproductive.

When employees are asked about the productivity of their work they give numerous reasons including software problems, emotional stress, frequent meetings and no proper communication between the co workers in a team.

For combating this problem and to improve the productivity there are few things which can be done to the office, a happy place to work. Keeping communication channel open, making sure that the software provided is suitable for both the employer and the emplyoee as well as providing adequate training is highly necessary.

Cutting down on the meetings or considering stand-up meetings mostly close to lunch timings, training on email, including social network, music and breaks is bound to improve the productivity of any company.
