In 2020, there were many toy brands that saw very profitable years. At the top of the list was MGA Entertainment Inc., who made $9.15 billion. Other popular toy brands brought in a lot of profit in 2020 included Lego with $6.99 billion, Bandai with $6.8 billion, Hasbro with $5.47 billion and Mattel with $4.6 billion. These were the only five toy brands that saw more than $4 billion in profit that year.

Even the 20th ranked toy brand on the list, which was Mattel's American Girl, didn't see too bad a year, having made $51.4 million. On this list of the 20 toy brands that made the most, Hasbro dominates with five appearances on it, with some of their more popular brands like Monopoly, Hasbro and Magic: The Gathering.
