Hiring a candidate or an employee is difficult task and the individual performing recruitment process must have strong human resource skills to negotiate the salary and assess the skills of employee. There are few guidelines that are to be followed to hire an employee.

It is essential to create a job description including th roles and responsibilities of the employee, determine the salary that you can afford to pay. Try to short list the individuals by getting their profiles from either job portals, new papers or personal references. Conduct interview to assess their skills by conducting various tests like aptitude test, group discussion etc to analyze the candidate skills and make sure that he is flexible with the company timings and rotational shifts.

On finishing the interview, select the candidate and provide him a offer letter along with the joining date. On joining day of the candidate, collect necessary documents that are required and perform pre- employment checks.
