Why does the thought of becoming a freelancer comes to the mind of people? May be they are tired of working for other people or the temptation of more money lures them. It can also be that it freelancing reduces the risk of being laid or it could be the flexibility it offers.
Out of the freelancers surveyed, 29% had the experience of 3-5 years, 25% had 1-2 years, 10% 6-9 years, 16% had 10+ years experience. And 68% of the surveyed were females and 32% males.
The satisfaction improvement was seen more in freelancers than traditional employment. 62% freelancers say that the current position will change for the better while only 46% traditional employees said so.
