Breakfast foods vary widely from place to place, often including carbohydrates such as grains, cereals, fruit and/or vegetables along with proteins such as eggs, meat or fish, and/or a beverage such as tea, coffee, milk or fruit juice. Pancakes, Sausages, French Toast, Bacon, Sweet Breads, Baked Beans, Muffins, Crumpets and Toast with butter, or margarine and/or jam or marmalade are common examples of breakfast foods, though a large range of preparations and ingredients are associated with breakfast globally.
A Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, skipping which may lead to lower concentration levels, diabetes, weight gain and cardiac health issues. People who skip breakfast have a high tendency of consuming sugary foods which in turn may result in obesity.
