Word Press, Joomla and Drupal are the most popular CMS available today. Word press is a user-friendly platform used for blogging by all beginners. It is the cheapest one to set up costing $250 per month. Word Press has the simplest administrator and does not require much expertise to use.

Joomla is a slightly higher level system that allows complex site development options mainly for developing social networking features. The monthly cost of setting up is $500, the installation being uncomplicated and easy to follow through help files.
