Everybody, when it comes to their careers and their jobs, have their own opinion on what would make them change their current job and if they have already, what exactly, made them do it.
For some, where the matter of better compensation and better incentives are the deciding point, others feel that a job that offers them greater opportunities for advancements is the only reason why they would consider changing a job or have already done so.
Also relationships with senior managements plays a huge role in deciding whether one wants to change the job or stay put, which, for most employees who are in direct contact with the management on a regular basis, is a matter of much consternation.
