Water is what makes up 3/4th of the earth’s surface and it is what makes for almost 70% of the human body as well.
But one of the vital reasons why hydration for humans is absolutely necessary is the dangers that inadequate water intake brings in.
Dehydration causes the enzymatic activity of the body to slow down which in turn causes us to feel fatigued and tired. Also, a dehydrated body causes itself to produce more cholesterol in order to prevent it from losing water.
A dehydrated body, in a means to conserve water, also causes the airways to constrict thereby causing a variety of allergies and also makes us susceptible to asthma attack.
