The chocolate as we know it was first discovered by monkeys. In the ancient civilization, people worshiped a chocolate, used cocoa beans as currency and consumed as a divine drink. For many years, only royal families had access to it. In Western civilization chocolate has been eaten by masses for only 200 years.
This superfood which is mineral rich and is an antioxidant has been diluted for bigger profits. Processed chocolates contain refined sugars and cheaper ingredients which are not at all healthy. After exploiting it much, this mineral rich food is back again in the market as a food that is healthy and nutritious from the year 2005.
