Proteins:
Need to intake 75 to 100 grams of proteins per day.

Calcium:
Daily 1000 milligrams of calcium is required during pregnancy period.
Food items that are rich in calcium include milk, egg, yogurt, pasteurized cheese, white beans, almonds, salmon and cabbage.
Iron:
A daily intake of 27 milligrams of iron is required.
For more iron content, it is required to have 2 – 3 servings of green leafy vegetables, 3 servings of whole grains and 2 -3 servings of lean protein.
Vitamin C:
About 600 to 800 milligrams of items rich in Vitamin C must be consumed daily.
