The numbers don’t lie and these will show you how a lot of people can’t fulfill their New Year resolutions.![](https://graphs.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/NY-resolutions-def.png)
After the end of 2013 and with the new year already here, most of us certainly made some resolutions to transform our life, especially those “little details” we don’t like. The extra pounds, the job that doesn’t pay well enough, the kitchen sink that is always dripping… There are a lot of things you probably want to change, but be careful: the best way to operate these changes, especially if they are huge, is including them in the new habits you are willing to adopt.
However, for the people who don’t know how to deal with the pressure caused by the resolutions, keeping them can be really hard. They will eventually lose the thread right at the beginning and give up. Worse: they will become part of the negative stats shown by the infographic we publish today. And nobody wants to become part of the group “who didn’t make it”.
So get your inspiration from these numbers and try your best to turn your resolutions into reality. This way you will easily get into the winners’ group. 2014 certainly sounds better if you can be considered a winner, right? Even if it takes you six, seven, eight months or 364 days. As long as you get it, you will be a winner!
