2014 will see quite a few major changes in health care and most agree that the senerio of health insurance for employees is fast changing.
It has been observed that since 1999, there has been a 1605 increase in the cost of health insurance for employers while for employees there has been a 214% increase.
But it is sad when you realize that small businesses in the United States do not yet offer their employees the benefits of health insurance and the number is quite staggering at 2.3 million and the most evident reason being the cost of it all.
But it has also been observed that they do want to provide health insurance benefits to their employees; which is why, they have been adopting alternative means and most think it is their moral obligation to look after their employees while others are doing it so as to keep retaining older employees as well as recruiting new ones.
