We spend almost 9 hours in our workplace on a daily basis excluding the time we spend travelling, but do we even stop to think that in all that working and hectic schedules, we might actually be losing a little out on our life as well as on our health. Making a few differences in the way we do our work and follow our schedules, we could actually extend a few years of our lives.
It has been suggested that limiting sitting time to three hours we can actually extend our life by two years. Taking break in between working, could actually be good for our body since sitting for too long could bring you a plethora of health problems later on in life because of the sedentary lifestyle that most of us follow.
