With the love for beer that Americans have, it actually comes as no surprise that most of them live within 10 miles of a craft brewery. A lot of varieties of Hops are used in brewing beer but the favourite for craft beer so far has been the Cascade Hop variety.
The Brewers' Association has, thus far recognized almost 150 varieties of craft beer and California boosts of the highest number of breweries among all the other states.
