In Canada, yearly 45,000 individuals die due to tobacco smoking and this makes tobacco smoking as the leading cause of details when compared to AIDS, car accidents and drug abuse etc. If a person tends to smoke in first half hour after waking up, then the chances of quitting it are very less.

Nearly 40% of individuals aged between 12 to 17 years get exposed to second hand smoke which increase their deaths risk to great extent.  Every 1 out of 5 men aged above 18 years smoke cigarettes every day and when it comes to women smoking cigarette that ratio is 1 in 6.
