College debt continues to climb and be a problem in the United States, so people are now beginning to seek out careers that don't require them to have a college degree. However, what are your options? Using data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Career Institute created a list of 80 occupations that don't require you to have a degree, but where the average annual salary of the job is higher than $50,000 each year.
While some of these shown might need a worker to have something like a postsecondary nondegree award, several of the jobs listed on this infographic only require a high school diploma or the equivalent of one. Aside from the list of 80 jobs that pay north of $50,000 but don't require a college degree, this information from the U.S. Career Institute also includes information on the jobs that have the highest projected job growth between now and 2029.
