Work-Life Balance Men vs. Women

Work-Life Balance Men vs. Women

When it comes to work life balance, men are found to be more happier than women.

A reflection of the happiest person is a male who is 39 years old working in a senior management position. He is married and has a young child with wife working part time.  An example of an unhappy person is a woman over 40 years old, working in a professional role, unmarried and earning less than $100,000 per annum.

The reasons could be that working women take the lead role in managing their home. Even at work, men are more likely to take breaks for personal activities and relaxation.

To gain a better work-life balance, it is important to take vacation breaks from time to time, try not to work overtime too often and take short but frequent breaks at works.
