Which Cities Have the Highest Percentage of Night-Shift Workers?

Commonly referred to as the third shift, night shifts at jobs are typically shifts where workers are on the job from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. or from 5:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. So, which cities around the United States are third shifts the most common? In looking at metro areas around the United States, the team at NapLab analyzed data from the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey to determine which U.S. cities have the most people working night jobs. From their research, the team at NapLab determined that Las Vegas, Nevada was the metro area in the United States with the most third-shift workers, at 16.54%. Just behind this area was the second-ranked Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario metro area, where 16.17% of the workers are working night shifts.
