Counsellors are a great help to people during their emotional upheavals guiding them towards taking the right decisions in life when people themselves are not capable of doing it on their own. Not only are they a shoulder to cry upon, they are also the patient ear that hears a person out when they needs someone to be by their side, a trained personnel who can gauge the extent of emotional and mental problems a person might be facing.
There are 4 basic kinds of counsellors viz, counsellors for schools and colleges, behavioural disorder counsellors, rehabilitation counsellors and mental health, marriage and family therapists.
