In present technological advanced world, mots of the employees or workers are eating fast food to meet their hunger. Due to their hectic schedules, most of the individuals are not finding time to have healthy food.

In Canada, there are more than 90,000 outlets of different brands that serve various fast food items and they have hired 1 million Canadians to provide the food services. Over 84% of restruants in canada supply unhealthy fast food items and 72% of restaurants serve a unhealthy beverage or soft drink at the end. When surveyed, 84% of parents said that they take their child to fast food restaurant at least once in a week.

Reports predict that teens aged between 13 – 17 years intake 800 to 1200 calories while having a average meal and more than 30% of the calories will include sugar and saturated fats.
