One of the first things that every wannabe homeowner, looks into is the kind of neighborhood they are buying their property into. And with changing times, it is no surprise that there are quite a few neighborhoods that can not just be deemed unsafe but also dangerous.
According to the survey into looking at what neighbourhoods have been selected as the safest and the most unsafe in america, it was found that while New York's Madison Avenue has been deemed one of the safest places, Lexington Avenues comes off as one of the un-safest neighbourhoods.
