Have you ever wondered where the most money is in your town? Now thanks to this graphic from Title Max that ranks the richest towns in every US state, you no longer have to wonder. In this time when the economy is on the brink of recession, it is interesting to see where the wealth in America is distributed. Only 6.68% of American households earn more than $200,000. These 5 towns have the highest percentages of families earning more than 200k. Monte Sereno, CA has 68.8% of households that make over 200k. Scaresdale, NY has 68.5%, Mission Hills, Kansas has 67.7%, Short Hills, New Jersey has 66.1% and Cherry Hills Village, Colorado has 60.1%. What also stands out to me on this list is Glencoe, Illinois. After a quick Google search, it looks like a dreamy place to call home and just north of Chicago. Also looking at the photo for Dellwood Minnesota, makes me want to travel to see more of what it is all about. Belle Meade, Tennessee is one of the highest average incomes over 250k. Check out this list to see what towns in your state have the highest income.
