It’s just a common perception that sleep is time where both your body and brain is relieved from stress. But the research studies have proved that every person undergoes different stages of sleep within his/her 6- 8 hours of sleep.

In United States, nearly 1 out of 3 people have sleep deprivation and the end result of this problem is they wake up at awkward times. Of the total 307 million people in United States, nearly 40 million suffer from chronic sleep disorder and 30 million people are victims of intermittent sleep disorder.
