Tax Dogging has been a problem since time memorial and the government have always been hard on tax dodgers. It has been seen that mostly rich men (thought women are never far behind) do the dodging and even get caught for it and once under the limelight, a tax dodger is bound to pay back the amount along with a huge amount of penalty and in some cases a seizing of assets as well.
Some of the famous dodgers in history are Mark Anthony, Nicolas Cage, Dionne Warwick, Al Capone and Leona Helmsley. Leona Helmsley has also been quoted as saying to her housekeeper something to the effect that only little people pay taxes and it is below her to do so.
