Here are some tips to care for your feet during this season. Feet injuries including blisters are very common during summer. To avoid occurrence of these wear proper fitting shoes that have enough room for the longest toe on your feet. Also use footwear made from lighter and breathable material.
Blisters also occur due to dehydration. So it is advisable to drink plenty of water. Wearing wrong type of footwear can cause foot injuries. For instance, flip flops for exercise will cause undue stress on the metatarsals, while high heels affect the arches of the feet.
