Usually students study in two ways that include cramming and spacing. Cramming involves studying the entire material in a single session whereas spacing includes dividing the entire material to few study sessions and finish it accordingly before the exams. Nearly 68% of students have stated that stress at their school keeps them stay awake the whole night which if continued or few days can lead to sleep deprivation.
