Recent studies predicted that average college students have more than 6 digital devices of which 97% own a personal computer, 94% students own a mobile phone, 25% use their tablets to acquire information and 3.3% students hold an e- book reader.
To meet their living expenses, every 3 out of 4 students work part-time as a baby sitter, resident assistant or a tutor while studying. The average income of a student that they get by working for part time, pocket expenses provided by father or mother will sum up to $ 1,200 per month.
Recent studies stated that more than 21% of undergraduate students have a credit card with balance ranging between $3,000 to $7,00. Every 9 out of 10 graduates use their credit cards to purchase books and other materials and more than 84% of college students said that they need more information related to financial management.
