Due to advancement in technology, the social media has now become a reliable source for daily updates and news. Over 59.5% people use face book for daily updates, 19.5% people across the world use twitter as news source, 12.7% use you tube for regular updates, 11.6% people use Gooogle+ for daily news and 42.8% of people use other sources like social media sites like Instagram, Pinterest etc.
Over 50% people get to know about new things happening on the globe through social media rather than using other reliable sources like TV, News paper and other publications. 40 % of people use social media thrice a week for new updates. Since 2009, the traffic to news publishing sites from the social media has increased to 57%.
