Accordingly, vegetables and fruits are available in abundance during summer and fall. All green leafy vegetables are available in plenty during these months. Winter months see the least number of foods due to the non-productive season.
Some of the famous spring vegetables and fruits are: turnips, parsnips, cauliflower, asparagus, artichokes, avocados and citrus fruits. Some berries and most citrus fruits, cauliflowers and Bok Choy are available in winter months.
