The Usage of tablet is on the rise in the US. Currently, 55 millions own some type of tablet device. The consumers of tablets increased from 10% to 19%. 5% of sales accounted for mobile devices. Tablet web use has increased over 300% from last year.
People aged 18-34 years are the greatest users of tablets. And the average income is $63,000. While 34% of owners use tablets for shopping during weekends, 24% of people use desktops for shopping. 71% of retailers said that orders made via tablets are worthier than all other orders.
