Pregnancy is a very special stage in a woman’s life where she is supporting not only herself but also the tiny life which is growing inside her.

Major nutrients what she needs are the 75 to 100gms of Protein every day and calcium, iron and folic acid which play a major growth of fetus.

With craving for food and wide variety of food, there are few foods which are not advised to the pregnant woman.
