The world might look like a much different place if vaccines didn't exist. After close to two years now, COVID-19 is proving to have a very serious impact on the world, and a vaccine began being widely distributed to people earlier this year. From the research team at Wristband.com comes this infographic that analyzes just how effective different vaccines have been for some rather serious diseases, the data specifically focused on the United States over time. There are several diseases that are analyzed on this infographic, including but not limited to whooping cough, measles, rubella, hepatitis a, hepatitis b, the flu, tetanus and polio.
14 different diseases in total are included on this visual, and it has the relevant data from both before and after a vaccine had been made widely available in the United States. There are no set vaccination requirements set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), but each state decides on what their rules will be when it comes to vaccinations.
