After its Canvas 2 and Canvas HD Smartphone were successful among the mobile users, Micromax has now unveiled a brand new Micromax Canvas 4 as a stiff competitor to its counterpart Samsung’s Galaxy S4.
By carrying a price tag of Rs. 17,900 along with standard amazing features, Canvas 4 is making its path to lead the Smartphone market by thumping down the Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One.
While every Micromax user was thinking that Canvas 4 would comprise a screen that supports full HD-display, but the company has stick to its previous 720 pixels display and the phone’s 5-inch HD IPS screen will now support a colour depth up to 16.7 million.
This latest smartphone will run on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean operating system and it includes four different themes namely Mocha, Raspberry and Mint which bring few minor changes in the mobile’s colour scheme.
Micromax Canvas 4 users can capture amazing sceneries and images through the phone’s 13 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front facing camera. To edit the images, Micromax has included a camera App that allows users to adjust exposure compensation and add colour effects.
The smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad Processor from MediaTek along with 1GB onboard RAM. It comes with 16GB internal storage of which 6 GB is allocated for storing applications, other important files and the remaining 10 GB of memory can be used by the user.
