Every company will have some special paid leaves for pregnant women working for their company. The number of leaves granted will actually vary with the company that hires them and the country where they work. In Malta, working pregnant women are entitled to 14 weeks of paid leaves that they can take before the labor and in Sweden, women employees are provided with 16 months of paid leave.
Nearly 178 countries that have formatted national laws will offer paid leaves for pregnant mothers. In America, the infants whose parents return back to work within 12 week after the delivery are at a risk of behavioural problems and the even chances of breast feeding is also less.
