Taking a nap for about 10 minutes would boost your energy levels instantly. Sleeping for 30 minutes in the afternoon time would relax you and keep you away from many disorders, sleeping for 60 minutes would increase your memory power, sleeping for about 90 minutes would improve your emotional and procedural memory.
