How To Recover Fast From Sprains And Strains

Is it possible to play sports without getting injured? Not when you are playing an outdoor sport. Sprains, strains and bruises are the three common things for all the sports.

But once injured it takes a lot of time to recover from it. Here is a guide to understand the injury and help you in fast healing.

There are three degrees of sprains and strains. The first degree of sprain or strain has a little pain and a little swelling a proper massage and rest will make you alright within a week.

Second degree sprain or strain is characterized with pain and a lot of swelling and discomfort in moving the body part. It needs 6 to 8 weeks of rest.

Third degree sprain or strain is characterized by severe pain and swelling and disability in moving the injured part. It takes a minimum 8 to 12 weeks to recover from this injury.
