New Year resolutions are the one thing that ushers in the new year for most of us. And it has been found that for more than 60% of the Americans, losing weight has been a constant item on the list of resolutions for years now.
But every year, with as much enthusiasm that we start our weight-loss regime, we as quickly give it up with all the work pressures and day-to-day life issues creeping in slowly onto us and no matter how hard we may really want to continue with it, we simply lose the focus once the new year has gone old.
It is only a meagre 8% whole actually go through with their resolution and succeed while 25% of the lot give up just after a week of making the resolution.
