Around 73% of shoppers do at least 50 per cent of their shopping. The shoppers do online shopping for different reasons. While 4 out of 5 shoppers go online shopping for a broader selection, 7 out of 10 for availing better sales and promotions.
96% of shoppers are found to be purchasing online goods if shipped free. However, 68% of buyers prefer to ship back to the online store. 67% of online shoppers said they got immediate responses via social media platforms for queries and concerns.
