It has been found that the British waste 85 hours a year in snoozing and that one in every ten people have been known to have got sacked because of coming in late because of this one habit.

So what exactly is snoozing? Snoozing in present times is that habit of hitting that snooze button even when you know you got to get out of bed the moment that alarm goes off.

8% of these snoozers wish they could be more productive in the mornings while 13% hold they would feel more awake if they jumped right out of the bed rather that unwillingly pulling themselves off the bed.
